Measuring approx 9."x 5.8", this journal is packed with coffee dyed pages and ephemera, collected together in one "sewn in" signature, with over 40 pages. 
 
The softback cover is decorated with a gorgeous butterflies fabric and has a metal embellishment with the word JOURNAL stamped inside, this is mounted onto fabric scraps sewn together and finished off with small furry pom pom embellishments.  Inside the journal there is a second cover that is secured closed with a metal chain.
 
All the blank and lined pages inside are dyed with coffee, and some are further aged with walnut inks. The papers consist of cartridge paper, old school book papers and vintage illustrated book pages.
 
You will find tuck spots and pockets scattered throughout the journal and some hold little tags as well as further pages from old books and more.  Little fabric accents appear throughout the pages as well as lots of thread and vintage lace scraps and buttons and several of my waxed tea bag accents can be found scattered about the journal also.
